Step 01

Contact

Once you’ve determined DAC Products is the right choice for you, we will connect either via phone, email, or web form submission. After this first point of contact, you can expect an initial response from a member of our sales team within 24 working hours.

Step 02

Decide

During our initial conversation, we will identify which course of action is best suited for your needs in two parts:

1. DISCOVERY:

During our discovery meeting, we determine your product needs. If a standard product configuration with a simple layout is right for you, we will move forward with a quote.

2. CREATION:

If we determine you have more particular design requirements that require a custom display, fixture, or component design, we will create a design.

Step 03

Quote

After all decisions from either the discovery or creation phase are made, we will provide you with an itemized quote. We will also gather and include shipping information to provide a freight estimate within the quote.

Step 04

Payment

Once you review and approve your quote, customer service will reach out to gather payment information via phone, unless you have an existing account.

Step 05

Production

After the entry step is completed, we can move forward with the display or fixture production. All of our products are made to order and have an average lead time of 4 weeks (20 working days). Our lead time can vary based on the scope of your order and our production backlog. However, please note that our lead time does not include transit time.

Step 06

Shipment

Once production is complete, we can move forward with your product shipment. We will gladly coordinate the shipment and delivery of your product to all 50 states, Canada, and Caribbean Islands.

Step 07

Delivery

After we ship your product(s), you will be notified via phone or email the day before your scheduled delivery. Once the shipment arrives, you are responsible for identifying and reporting any product damage to us immediately. Once the delivery receipt is signed, the shipment becomes your property, and any undisclosed damage becomes your responsibility.
