Lead Time

All displays and fixtures are built to order and have an average lead time of 4 weeks. You will be provided an estimated ship date when you place an order. If a rush order is requested there will be an expedition fee that will vary based on the scope of the order.
 

Pricing

All standard pricing featured on our website is subject to change. Any variations or additions to the listed product such as graphics/signage, modifications to standard design or custom color request will increase price.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. A 50% deposit is required when order is placed, the remaining 50% + freight will be billed when the order ships. We do not accept credit card information via instant message or email. Keep your information and identity safe by only providing credit card details over the phone. If you’re interested in establishing a Net 30 account with us please call customer service at 800-431-1982.

Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are intended for indoor use only. Any deviation from assembly instructions or modification to our products removes DAC Products, Inc. of all liability. Unless otherwise arranged, your order will be held at no charge for 30 days after invoice.
 

Receiving Procedure

Open and inspect all packages for damage immediately upon receiving and prior to signing the bill of lading. Note any damage to the packaging and product on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. If damage is found notify DAC immediately and save all packing materials, including inner and outer boxes. We require pictures of the damaged product and packaging. Any damage not claimed and reported immediately upon receiving becomes the responsibility of
the customer.
